Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to L2 support staff and communicate with agents and customers regarding issue resolution
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and remediate issues within customer-facing software systems using web development principles
- Utilize knowledge of web technologies, including front-end and back-end components, to address technical challenges
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as a web developer
- Experience with observability platforms like Dynatrace or Datadog is a plus
- Ability to query and analyze complex data problems
- Capability to multi-task and manage multiple issues simultaneously
