A company is looking for a Customer Support and Engagement Specialist for a 100% remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve incoming messages, calls, and tickets from patients and team members
- Provide personalized support for potential patients and assist in onboarding
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless patient experience and manage referrals
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer support role within hospitality or healthcare
- Minimum 2 years of inside sales or outbound call engagement experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced startup environment
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs, including experience with customer management platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Drive, specifically Excel or Sheets
