A company is looking for a Hospital Call Center Operator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer calls and provide general information for multiple clinical departments
  • Interpret referral shells and manage appointment scheduling, including cancellations and rescheduling
  • Serve as a central communication link between the organization, patients, and the public
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Three years of customer service experience in a multi-tasking environment, preferably in a call center
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Experience managing difficult and emotional situations while maintaining calmness
  • Strong keyboarding and computer skills
