Key Responsibilities
- Answer calls and provide general information for multiple clinical departments
- Interpret referral shells and manage appointment scheduling, including cancellations and rescheduling
- Serve as a central communication link between the organization, patients, and the public
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Three years of customer service experience in a multi-tasking environment, preferably in a call center
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Experience managing difficult and emotional situations while maintaining calmness
- Strong keyboarding and computer skills
