Job Summary
A company is looking for a Telephonic Crisis Behavioral Health Professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle behavioral health calls from members and/or providers
- Use clinical judgment to assess needs and provide guidance or escalate as needed
- Collaborate closely with team members and maintain documentation in the system
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
- Must hold an active license such as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent
- 2-4 years of experience in behavioral health, including crisis interventions and case management
- Telephonic counseling or managed care experience preferred
- Computer proficiency and experience with call documentation
