Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager - Architect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers to drive innovative solutions based on technical objectives and product requirements
- Advocate for the customer within the organization by coordinating with various teams to ensure customer success
- Analyze customers' technical needs and perform gap identification to ensure they are realizing value from the products
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in Customer Success, Customer Support, or Professional Services for a product/SAAS company with enterprise customers
- Experience with network architecture and networking protocols
- Technical understanding of Software/Cloud Services and hands-on experience with Containers and OpenShift
- B.S./B.A./M.S. degree or equivalent technical training, preferably in Computer Science or a related field
- 8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in customer-facing roles
