A company is looking for an Implementation Onboarding Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide customers from contract signing to implementation kickoff
- Work with customers to establish connectivity, confirm implementation scope, and gather necessary data
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the customer onboarding experience
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years in a client-facing role
- Experience interfacing with customer-facing teams
- Technical aptitude to quickly learn product knowledge and understand web applications and APIs
- Prior experience as an implementation project manager or similar role is preferred
- Enterprise SaaS experience is a plus
