Key Responsibilities
- Responds to routine member and provider inquiries in an accurate and timely manner
- Mitigates complaints to resolve issues during the initial contact
- Documents member or provider information for quality and performance tracking
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Entry-level position with little or no previous experience needed
- Preferred experience in multitasking using multiple systems and programs
