Compact RN Oncology Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Full Time Registered Nurse I, Oncology Complex Case Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of 8-10 Complex Case Managers, ensuring high-quality client engagement
• Improve team performance through quality audits, workload balancing, and accountability for process execution
• Model effective case management practices while managing a small portfolio of clients

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant management experience in a high-touch service environment
• Bachelor's Degree (BSN) preferred, along with 5+ years of relevant nursing experience
• Experience in Oncology, Medical/Surgical, Home Health, Case Management, or similar fields
• Current Compact unrestricted RN license required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
