Job Summary
A company is looking for a Claims Support Specialist who will provide customer service and support to the Claims department.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor phone queue and assist with incoming calls related to new and existing claims
- Gather and document information for new claims, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Provide updates on claim progress and collaborate with internal teams for resolution
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry
- Must be customer-focused and action-oriented
- Ability to navigate and input data into multiple claims management systems
- Must be bondable and capable of obtaining any necessary state licenses
- Interest or knowledge of classic or collector vehicles is a plus
