A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and employers to create and implement treatment plans for injured or disabled individuals
- Assess recovery progress and modify case goals based on treatment effectiveness
- Manage a caseload independently, prioritizing cases and preparing status updates for clients
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
- Experience: 2+ years of clinical practice preferred; 1+ year in workers' compensation or occupational health required
- Licenses: Active New York RN license and Compact RN license required
- Skills: Basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook Email
- Internet: Must have reliable internet access
