Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist clients with login issues, billing questions, and device troubleshooting
- Process tickets and manage requests while maintaining industry knowledge and adhering to security and compliance requirements
- Take ownership of assigned calls and tickets, ensuring outstanding service and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service, tech support, or escalation support experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a FinTech or SaaS environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite of products (e.g., Excel, Word)
- Understanding of the payments processing industry is beneficial
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple tasks under pressure
