Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Support Representative II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage account operations, including order processing and handling customer inquiries
  • Assist with Marketplace Portal setup and maintain communication with the account team
  • Support sales teams with quotes, deal registration, and inventory management
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or project management
  • Experience interfacing with senior level executives, customers, and vendors
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.com or similar CRM system
  • Ability to lead and direct peers in the Account Support team and other departments
