A company is looking for an Account Support Representative II.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage account operations, including order processing and handling customer inquiries
- Assist with Marketplace Portal setup and maintain communication with the account team
- Support sales teams with quotes, deal registration, and inventory management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or project management
- Experience interfacing with senior level executives, customers, and vendors
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.com or similar CRM system
- Ability to lead and direct peers in the Account Support team and other departments
