Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with questions about their online orders and place orders over the phone
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls regarding outstanding questions and issues
- Provide support for order cancellations, product information, and escalated situations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Experience in online shopping and order placement
- Must have a personal computer with Windows 11 operating system
- Broadband internet connection with a minimum of 10 MBPS
- Wired USB headset with microphone
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
