Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from members inquiring about travel insurance products
- Comprehend and communicate insurance language, policy details, and exclusions
- Convert caller inquiries into SafeTrip sales and manage multiple email inboxes
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 3+ years of customer service experience or consumer sales
- 2+ years of experience in an office environment
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish; ability to obtain necessary insurance licenses within 90 days of employment
