A company is looking for a Bilingual English/Spanish - SafeTrip Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from members inquiring about travel insurance products
  • Comprehend and communicate insurance language, policy details, and exclusions
  • Convert caller inquiries into SafeTrip sales and manage multiple email inboxes
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 3+ years of customer service experience or consumer sales
  • 2+ years of experience in an office environment
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish; ability to obtain necessary insurance licenses within 90 days of employment
