Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join their customer-facing technical support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Field support calls, chats, and emails from users regarding hosted software and connectivity issues
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve customer challenges with software and hardware
- Create and maintain documentation for technical processes and troubleshooting guidelines
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in IT customer support, focusing on applications
- Experience with applications such as Primavera, Autodesk, or ESRI
- Knowledge of Windows Operating systems, including Server 2016 & 2019
- Experience with installation and configuration of hardware and software
- Ability to work within Pacific Time Zone hours and participate in an on-call rotation
