Key Responsibilities

- Develop and monitor Value Realization programs, including success metrics and measurement frameworks
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to support Value Realization objectives and enhance client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience in consulting or agency settings
- Experience with Value Realization methodologies and ROI measurement
- Ability to conduct client workshops to define success criteria and value metrics
- Client relationship management and stakeholder engagement experience
- Basic understanding of business case development and consulting delivery methodologies
