A company is looking for an Expert Consultant - Customer Success Manager (Adobe Practice).

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to support Value Realization objectives and enhance client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience in consulting or agency settings
  • Experience with Value Realization methodologies and ROI measurement
  • Ability to conduct client workshops to define success criteria and value metrics
  • Client relationship management and stakeholder engagement experience
  • Basic understanding of business case development and consulting delivery methodologies
