Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Telephonic Triage LPN.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic follow-up and case closures for reported injuries
• Utilize evidence-based guidelines to determine treatment options or escalate cases as needed
• Contact clinic providers to obtain status updates on employee appointments

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• At least 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in occupational health, urgent care, or emergency room settings
• Current and valid compact/multistate LPN license
• Adhere to licensure requirements in all applicable states
• Proficiency in Windows operating system, Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn additional software
