Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payment Escalation Specialist responsible for managing payment posting processes and resolving escalations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve escalations from internal team members and client services
- Investigate and resolve issues escalated by Client Success from clients
- Assist with departmental training, audits, and special projects as requested
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least one (1) year of revenue cycle experience preferred
- At least one (1) year of payment posting experience preferred
- Knowledge of payor portals is preferred
