Remote Lab Dispatcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lab Dispatcher for a remote position on the 2nd shift, from 2 PM to 10:30 PM CT, Sunday to Thursday.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatches all orders for services to field service personnel within fifteen minutes of order entry
• Coordinates estimated time of arrival (ETA) with technicians and facilities as needed
• Contacts facilities for scheduling or re-scheduling and confirms dispatched orders with technicians

Required Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED
• Proficient to expert use of Microsoft Office software
• Ability to work effectively in a busy call center environment
• Must have a private workspace free from distractions
• High-speed internet connection to support VoIP communications
