A company is looking for an Equipment Recovery Coordinator I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with clients and client representatives to secure the return of rental equipment
  • Manage incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding shipments and complaints
  • Document calls and maintain detailed files while identifying trends and recommending process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Zero (0) plus years of experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
