A company is looking for an Equipment Recovery Coordinator I.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with clients and client representatives to secure the return of rental equipment
- Manage incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding shipments and complaints
- Document calls and maintain detailed files while identifying trends and recommending process improvements
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Zero (0) plus years of experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
