Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tier 2 Client Technical Representative - Health (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex issues escalated from internal teams related to the Patient Access Curator suite of products
- Troubleshoot issues related to the Patient Access Curator platform and complex payer issues
- Oversee a large caseload of escalated issues from Customer Support and Relationship Management in Salesforce
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in the healthcare IT industry
- Experience with healthcare EDI transactions and ANSI X12 message structure (270/271)
- Flexibility to manage unforeseen situations and availability for evening, overnight, and/or weekend shifts
- Ability to build relationships and establish trust with partners across all levels of the customer organization
