Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Services Supervisor to oversee the Member Services team and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of Member Advocates and Processors, focusing on staffing and quality assurance
- Assist in hiring, training, and development of new team members, and handle escalated inquiries
- Monitor workflow and implement efficiencies to improve service levels and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in Employee Benefits Administration or a related industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with COBRA Administration and related services is ideal
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate staff
- Benefit Administration experience or life and health license is a plus
