A company is looking for an Account Services Representative - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve inquiries from Policyholders and Brokers regarding implementation, enrollment, and billing
- Provide training and explanations on billing and enrollment procedures to ensure effective service
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to support departmental goals
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Ability to work remotely with a high-speed internet connection in the United States or Puerto Rico
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a call or contact center
- Knowledge of group insurance products is preferred
- Demonstrated organizational and analytical skills
