Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advanced Care Specialist who will guide patients through their services using a patient-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Send letters to patients when contact cannot be made and respond to patient needs via email and phone
  • Communicate with internal and external customers, troubleshoot equipment problems, and verify order details
  • Document patient interactions, assist in team activities, and escalate patient concerns to supervisors
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative roles or customer service
  • Two years of work-related experience required for senior level, including one year of exact job experience
  • Experience in a Medicare certified environment is preferred
  • Familiarity with healthcare billing or insurance processes is beneficial
