Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Home Equity Notary Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Virtually close Home Equity loans and provide exemplary customer service
• Process and prepare necessary paperwork and signatures for loan closures
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure compliance and timely loan processing

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in Washington, Colorado, Ohio, Missouri, or Minnesota as a Remote Online Notary (RON)
• Experience in loan closing
• Up to two years of relevant experience and a remote online notary license (RON) preferred
• Knowledge of closing policies, funding policies, and regulatory requirements
• Ability to work with legal teams on documentation needs
