A company is looking for a Claims Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor incoming claim notifications and ensure all required documents are complete and legible
- Perform initial claim setup, accurately enter data, and assign correct claim statuses
- Transfer claim documents to the Transcription Department and conduct preliminary analysis of client-submitted data
Required Qualifications
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
- Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite, including Adobe Acrobat
- High accuracy in data entry
- Experience using multiple monitors and adapting to company-specific software
- Ability to follow procedures precisely
