Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance, training, and support to college-level faculty and administrators on digital products
- Manage sales pipeline and customer engagements using Salesforce and Gainsight
- Conduct meetings to deliver consultative guidance tailored to customer needs and facilitate issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2 years of experience in customer success or software implementation
- Experience using Salesforce and Gainsight is preferred
- Openness to travel (5-10%) for customer relationship development
- Instructional design, teaching, or coaching experience is a plus
