Provider Enrollment Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Enrollment Representative - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Process provider enrollment applications and maintain database tracking systems
• Conduct audits and provide feedback to enhance processes and performance
• Act as a technical resource and facilitate conflict resolution within the team

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• 2+ years of experience in submitting behavioral health provider payer enrollment applications
• 2+ years of experience with compliance workflows and processes, including NCQA policies
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel and Word
• Ability to work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST
