Key Responsibilities

• Investigates potential credit card fraud cases and analyzes account history
• Responds to account inquiries and assists with lost/stolen reports and credit card replacements
• Maintains accurate documentation and builds knowledge of fraud detection techniques

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months of contact center or work from home experience in the last 18 months
• Must complete a background check including criminal, drug, and credit checks
• Flexibility to work mid to late shifts including weekends
• Required to have a stable internet connection with specified speeds
