Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential members through outbound calls and process new member referrals
- Verify member information, explain services, and manage incoming inquiries
- Research member history and assist with enrollment and retention efforts
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a health-related field preferred
- Two or more years of relevant professional experience
- EHR/CRM experience preferred
- Experience working with the senior population in health service settings is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours and independently in a virtual environment
