Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Specialist III to enhance customer acquisition and retention through service-oriented interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential members through outbound calls and process new member referrals
  • Verify member information, explain services, and manage incoming inquiries
  • Research member history and assist with enrollment and retention efforts
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a health-related field preferred
  • Two or more years of relevant professional experience
  • EHR/CRM experience preferred
  • Experience working with the senior population in health service settings is preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours and independently in a virtual environment
