Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Services Collections Specialist 1 to handle customer interactions in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage past due accounts through inbound and outbound calls
• Negotiate payment solutions and encourage future card usage
• Adhere to state and federal collection guidelines while assisting in customer service as needed

Required Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service experience
• 6+ months of collection-related or first-party collections experience preferred
• Ability to be licensed as a debt collector in the state of Minnesota
• Demonstrated computer experience and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Ability to work a flexible schedule in a distraction-free environment
