Medical Collector - CT/MA Licensed

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Collector for a remote position based in CT or MA.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact insurance companies (Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid) to resolve claim payment backlogs
• Utilize provided billing software to manage collections
• Work 40 hours per week in a temporary assignment lasting 4 to 6 months

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Medical Billing, Insurance follow-up, or Medical Collections
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with Behavioral Health is preferred but not required
• Must reside in Connecticut or Massachusetts
• Willingness to learn new billing software
