Job Summary
A company is looking for a PFS Representative CBO.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate patient billing and collection activities, ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement
- Research payments, denials, and accounts to resolve discrepancies and make necessary corrections
- Respond to incoming and outgoing calls to assist patients and internal clients with billing and payment issues
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service and/or Call Center
- Minimum of 1 year experience in finance and/or Patient Financial Services
- Strong knowledge in the use of common office software, including word processing and spreadsheets
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
