Job Summary
A company is looking for a Medical Device Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and requests for product repair, entering relevant information into the ERP/order entry system
- Generate order confirmations and manage customer expectations regarding delivery timelines
- Support customer issues, respond to inquiries, and provide troubleshooting assistance as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalency (GED) required
- 3+ years of related experience in customer service or a similar role required
- Prior experience with medical devices is a significant advantage
- Strong computer/technical skills with experience in data entry into an ERP system and Microsoft Office applications
- Exceptional customer service skills with strong phone etiquette
