Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative, Remote in PST or CST.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a resource or Subject Matter Expert for team members or internal customers
- Handle escalated calls and resolve complex customer issues
- Contact care providers on behalf of customers to obtain missing information
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service experience or experience in a medical office or call center
- 1+ years of health care experience
- Familiarity with computers and the ability to navigate new systems
