Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support Field Team Operations Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support and information to enhance the effectiveness of Field Team Operations Managers
  • Plan team meetings, manage expense reports, and analyze data in WISE reports
  • Represent the Managers in interactions with internal management, staff, clients, and vendors
Required Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and Google applications
  • Experience in time management, organization, scheduling, and project coordination
  • Strong administrative writing and reporting skills
  • Knowledge of Medicaid Waivers is a plus
  • Must reside in Virginia and be available for occasional in-person meetings
