Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support Field Team Operations Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support and information to enhance the effectiveness of Field Team Operations Managers
- Plan team meetings, manage expense reports, and analyze data in WISE reports
- Represent the Managers in interactions with internal management, staff, clients, and vendors
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and Google applications
- Experience in time management, organization, scheduling, and project coordination
- Strong administrative writing and reporting skills
- Knowledge of Medicaid Waivers is a plus
- Must reside in Virginia and be available for occasional in-person meetings
