A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support customer inquiries and insurance policy needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding coverage, rates, billing issues, and policy reviews
- Set up new claim reports for customers involved in accidents while demonstrating empathy
- Offer additional products to customers based on their needs
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience
- OR a minimum of two years post-secondary education
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
- Customer service experience
- Availability for full-time work, including evenings and weekends
