Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a scalable partner success strategy focused on onboarding, enablement, adoption, and retention
- Drive partner outcomes and retention through proactive engagement, success planning, and performance reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop resources that enhance partner capabilities and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Customer Success, Channel/Partner Management, or Post-Sales roles in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
- 7+ years in a leadership role managing partner-facing or customer-facing teams
- Deep understanding of SaaS partner models
- Proven success in driving outcomes and retention through scalable partner success programs
- Experience launching or scaling a partner success function at a high-growth SaaS company
