A company is looking for a Medical Customer Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients in understanding their financial responsibilities and manage account balances
- Make and receive calls to patients regarding outstanding balances and set up payment plans
- Document all interactions and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of previous call center experience (in-office or remote)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency with PC-based applications (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
