Key Responsibilities
- Own strategic projects focused on cloud security, collaborating with sales, support, and engineering teams
- Engage with customers to understand their business vision and advocate for their cloud security needs
- Drive customer enablement and adoption of cloud security best practices through training and governance
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing strategic roles such as CSM, AE, or PM
- Experience working with Fortune 100 customers in cloud-based technology
- Deep understanding of Security SaaS offerings and pricing models
- Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and offerings quickly
- Proven track record of driving customer engagement and advocacy
