A company is looking for a Customer Experience Manager for the West region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own strategic projects focused on cloud security, collaborating with sales, support, and engineering teams
  • Engage with customers to understand their business vision and advocate for their cloud security needs
  • Drive customer enablement and adoption of cloud security best practices through training and governance
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing strategic roles such as CSM, AE, or PM
  • Experience working with Fortune 100 customers in cloud-based technology
  • Deep understanding of Security SaaS offerings and pricing models
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and offerings quickly
  • Proven track record of driving customer engagement and advocacy
