Job Summary

A company is looking for Mental Health Coaching Staff for a remote Healthcare Call Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide services and support to transitioning military service members and veterans receiving mental health care
• Conduct triage, care management, motivational interviewing, and crisis counseling
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective patient care and support

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must have a master's degree in a mental health-related field
• Must be a licensed mental health professional (social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, behavioral health counseling)
• Preferred minimum of three years of experience delivering in-person patient care
• Clinical experience in triage, care management, motivational interviewing, and crisis counseling
• Experience working with military service members and veterans regarding mental health
