- Respond to telephonic, written, and electronic inquiries from employees, providers, and clients regarding benefits, eligibility, and claim status
- Navigate multiple systems and accurately document inquiries and actions taken using applicable software
- Maintain a respectful and professional demeanor while managing a high volume of inquiries
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of previous customer service experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured service-oriented environment
- Must possess strong reasoning and analytical skills
- Ability to learn new systems and effectively use MS Excel/Word
