Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative responsible for providing quality service in a high-volume call center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to telephonic, written, and electronic inquiries from employees, providers, and clients regarding benefits, eligibility, and claim status
  • Navigate multiple systems and accurately document inquiries and actions taken using applicable software
  • Maintain a respectful and professional demeanor while managing a high volume of inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of previous customer service experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured service-oriented environment
  • Must possess strong reasoning and analytical skills
  • Ability to learn new systems and effectively use MS Excel/Word
