Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Customer Success to oversee customer lifecycle management and drive program success.
Key Responsibilities
- Own success for assigned accounts and programs while building relationships with key energy partners
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deliverables and resolve issues for key accounts
- Develop and track key metrics to measure customer performance and satisfaction, providing actionable insights
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree with 10+ years of experience in partnership development, client management, or program management in the energy industry
- Experience managing contracts and demonstrated project management skills
- Ability to navigate complex environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Technical degree or MBA is a plus
- Knowledge of utility regulatory environments and demand response programs is beneficial
