A company is looking for an Issue Resolution Coordinator II.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitors assignment activity and initiates investigations of reported issues
- Reviews and analyzes contractual obligations and contractor repair estimates
- Maintains communication with stakeholders and provides status updates on complex issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, construction, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience in a customer service environment
- Experience with multi-line adjusting, property/liability, and construction methods
- Ability to analyze and interpret contract terms and insurance principles
- Advanced computer skills and familiarity with XactAnalysis and Xactimate
