Job Summary

A company is looking for a TPL Claims Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage a queue of Third-Party Liability accounts
• Contact patients to gather accident details and insurance information
• Submit hospital bills to insurance companies and maintain communication with adjusters and attorneys

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum one-year experience in hospital revenue cycle processes preferred
• Knowledge of State and Federal regulations governing collection practices
• Intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Dependable, detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills
