A company is looking for a Support Specialist to provide customer service to eligible and insured members.
Key Responsibilities
- Record member calls and email inquiries into a tracking spreadsheet
- Research and resolve member life insurance and enrollment questions
- Provide administrative support for enrollment systems and prepare correspondence
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Regular attendance from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday Pacific Time Zone
- Previous experience with customer emails and basic knowledge of life insurance preferred
- HS Diploma required
- 2-4 years of experience in customer support
- Demonstrated expertise in using MS Office applications
