Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Specialist to provide customer service to eligible and insured members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record member calls and email inquiries into a tracking spreadsheet
  • Research and resolve member life insurance and enrollment questions
  • Provide administrative support for enrollment systems and prepare correspondence
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Regular attendance from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday Pacific Time Zone
  • Previous experience with customer emails and basic knowledge of life insurance preferred
  • HS Diploma required
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer support
  • Demonstrated expertise in using MS Office applications
