Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED with 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- Proficiency in Microsoft products for data entry and information processing
- Ability to learn new software and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Knowledge of government regulations and health benefit programs is preferred
- Ability to maintain a HIPAA-compliant workstation and ensure data protection
