Job Summary
A company is looking for a part-time Customer Success Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and upload client data, including customer, product, and inventory information
- Document workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support scaling efforts
- Manage a dynamic client list, tracking each client's status and responding to feedback from the implementation team
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Jira or a similar work management system
- Familiarity with sending queries to API endpoints (either REST or GraphQL)
- Basic SQL skills to query data and perform updates as needed
- Python skills (pandas required) for data cleaning and manipulation
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
