A company is looking for an IT Support Analyst I responsible for providing first-level support to employees and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical assistance via phone or email
- Perform remote troubleshooting and determine the best solutions for customer issues
- Record incidents and resolutions in logs, and follow up with customers on their status
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Preferred certifications include HDI, MCP, Network+, and A+; HDI certification required within 1 year of hire
- 1-2 years of experience providing IT technical support via phone, chat, or email preferred
