Key Responsibilities
- Route claim issues to appropriate support areas and follow up for resolution
- Input, review, and validate claims data for reliability and effectiveness
- Assist in routine claim analysis and perform preliminary investigations
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Must be able to pass required testing
- Must be able to work overtime as required
- If a current employee, must meet minimum performance expectations
